Three ways to gather more information
Testing can provide additional information when it is appropriate for the property and the questions at hand. These services are distinct from a visual assessment.

Air quality testing
Air-quality sampling can provide information about conditions in the indoor environment. Independent third-party providers perform the analysis and provide the results.

Swab testing
Surface swab sampling gathers a sample from a defined area for independent third-party analysis and reporting.

Instant swab testing
An instant swab is a rapid screening option for a surface sample. Results are provided separately from our visual assessment through an independent third-party provider.
Important distinction
Visual assessment is not testing
A visual assessment looks at observable conditions in the property. It does not test, analyze or produce laboratory results. Testing is a separate option and is only used when it is appropriate for the project.

Going Green Contractors does not represent third-party laboratory or testing-provider results as our own. Testing, analysis and reporting are performed by independent providers. Test results are one part of a property assessment and should be considered alongside site conditions, the scope of work and applicable professional guidance.
